SFD Annual General Meeting 2026

2026 AGM Held at Hatch Beauchamp Village Hall 10 October 2026

At this year's AGM all the current SFD Officers and Committee were re-elected to carry on for a further year.

A motion was tabled to increase the Entry Fee for both David Beach, the Phoebe Rees and the Cinderella Competition entry fees from £30.00 to £40.00 to reflect the continued rising costs of administering these competitions. The motion was proposed, seconded and carried unanimously by the meeting.

After the meeting, the Sybil Thorndyke and Pat Hudson winners were announced. The Sybil Dyke was awarded to Ray Court and was accepted on his behalf by Mr Motifeldt.

The Pat Hudson Trophy was won by Rachel Lawrence who was unable to attend the AGM

Three Sybil Thorndyke and Pat Hudson nominees were at the AGM and received their Certificates from the SFD Chairman Dendy Harris
